Tournament Conditions
Open for all junior amateurs (boys and girls) with an WHS-approved HCPI and were born on 11/08/2003 or later (U23).
Players will receive a spot in the field according to the following order:
- National Team Players
- Players in the WAGR top 1500
- Players in the ScratchPlayers World Amateur Ranking top 1000
- NCAA Division I, II, III, or NAIA players
- All junior amateurs (U23) with a HCPI of 0 or better, in ascending order.

Competition
The tournament will be held over 4 rounds in strokeplay format.
1st Round: 18 Holes
2nd Round: 18 Holes
3rd Round: 18 Holes
4th Round: 18 Holes
Cut
There will be a cut after the second round. The following players will continue to play rounds 3 and 4:
- Top 24 Boys and ties
- Top 15 Girls and ties

Field
The field is limited to a maximum of 60 players
Prizes
The Winner in the Boys’ and Girls’ U18 division will receive awards.
The Winner in the Boys’ and Girls’ U23 division will receive awards.
The Overall Winner in the Boys’ and Girls’ division will receive awards.
In case of ties, the following procedure will be followed:
If there is a tie for the 1st place there will be a sudden death playoff. In case there is a playoff with more than two players the defeated players will tie for 2nd place and the 3rd place will not be awarded. The following players will be ranked in accordance with the number of contestants in the playoff.
For all other positions the ranking will be determined by count back of the last 54, 36, 18, 9, 6, 3, 1 holes until a single winner is found.
Scoring
During the tournament, the scoring will exclusively be recorded by GD24 e-scorecard. No paper scorecards will be used.
Ensure that the players’ smartphone is fully charged at the start of the tournament day and that they are connected to the Internet. Every player will receive a code to their scorecard on the first tee prior to starting their round.
Recording the players’ score on their official GD24 E-Scorecard is mandatory after the completion of every hole. The score must be submitted before teeing off on the next hole. Failure to do so will result in a penalty (Rule 1.2b):
- 1st Violation: Warning
- 2nd Violation: 1 Penalty Stroke
- 3rd Violation: Disqualification

Tournament Committee
The members of the tournament committee will be announced prior to the practice round.
Entry Fee
The entry fee is $469 per player and will be received with the application. The application will only be completed and reviewed after the fee has been received by the tournament organizer. If the player is accepted into the tournament field and thus invited, they will be notified within 48 hours of submitting the application.
If a player is not accepted and thus not invited, they will immediately receive a refund of their entry fee.
Rules
The tournament will be played in accordance of the rules set by the USGA and R&A as well as the tournament committee’s approved local rules. Rulings on the course will be made by the tournament committee and their decision is final.
Practice Round
Official Practice Round:
The official practice round will take place on November 7, 1:45PM in a shotgun format. The practice round rate is $30.00 + tax and is walking only. Spectator carts can be rented in the pro shop for $30.00. Please call (501) 626-0944 to confirm your participation in the official practice round.
Unofficial Practice Rounds:
The window for unofficial practice rounds will be Monday, November 3rd – Thursday November 6th after 12:00PM. Tee times can be booked through Rio Pinar Golf’s pro shop at (407) 286-6920 at a rate of $30.00, walking only.
Practice Facility Hours:
Driving Range: 6:00 AM – 9:30 PM
Pitching/Chipping greens: 6:00 AM – 9:30 PM
Putting Green: 6:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Caddies
Caddies are permitted. Caddies must be registered with the initial application. Late caddie registrations are not possible.
Professionals are not permitted as caddies.
Code of Conduct
The event organizers can reject entries, revoke a confirmed entry, or exclude a player from competition if the behavior of that player damages the image of the sport of golf or the reputation of the event organizer.
This includes damaging the course or own equipment, verbal or physical abuse of spectators, officials or fellow competitors, excessive cursing, and violating the code of conduct of Rio Pinar Golf.
By applying to the tournament, the player and caddie agree to follow the code of conduct outlined by the PrimeTime Junior Invitational.
Publicity and Promotion
By entering the tournament, competitors allow the event organizers and their partners to use photos, videos, and audio to promote the tournament and to publish the material on their websites and social media channels.
